The Unruly Collective

This is where self-trust is practiced.

You don’t need a how-to on being yourself or living your life.

This is where you stop self-abandoning when things get messy.

Where you don’t outsource what you should do but run inputs and feedback through your Lens of Discernment to choose what’s right for you.

This is where you back yourself even when no one else does.

You're here because living from self-trust is easier said than lived.

Especially when you’re undoing years of negotiating with yourself—compromising who you are and what you want because it feels safe.

Familiar.
Expected.

The Unruly Collective is a place to practice living what you already know in real time and out loud.

Doing it alongside other women choosing honesty over appearances.

Depth over performance.

Having their own back when it would be easier not to.

Without pretending to have it all figured out.

You're in a decidedly different room.

The Unruly Collective is an ongoing membership for women who are done negotiating with themselves about what they really want.

The Unruly Collective feels different. immediately.

This isn’t another feel-good group with borrowed wisdom and Pinterest quotes.

This isn’t where you need to compromise yourself to try to fit in.

You won’t be managed, motivated, or molded into anyone else.

You won’t be told there’s a right way other than your way.

You will be witnessed, stretched, and called in because this room was built for who you already are.

It’s a steady container to practice discernment, self-trust, and embodied decision-making and action especially in moments where abandoning yourself feels like the easier option.

There are two ways to be here.

Both grounded in the same set of beliefs with different levels of practice.

Not beginner vs. advanced.
Or casual vs. serious.

But a different level of commitment to yourself—one where you stay with yourself when things get uncomfortable.

Club Unruly is where we gather.

The Deep End is where we go all-in.

Neither room is better. Choose the one that’s right for right now.

Club Unruly

Open to all.

This is for those Unruly-curious—orienting themselves to this way of being.

Getting the language, perspective, and proximity before deciding to go all-in.

Inside Club Unruly.

  • Community spaces for shared conversations
  • Curated experiences—workshops and social opportunities—to support this way of being
  • An ever-expanding library of resources and tools to return to as needed

The Deep End

The Deep End is different.

This is a room for women who are actively living the work—making decisions, creating impact, and navigating the consequences of self-trust in real time without abandoning themselves when the outcome isn’t clean or convenient.

Not spectators.
Not students.

Peers.

Everyone in The Deep End brings perspective, experience, and leadership into the space.

No one is here to be taught who they are.

And no one is here to outsource discernment.

Not everyone gets in—not because of worth, but because of alignment.

The velvet rope isn’t gatekeeping. It’s integrity-keeping.

We begin with a conversation and a chance to feel into rhythm, responsibility, and readiness on both sides.

The velvet rope isn’t about keeping people out but protecting the integrity of the room once you’re inside.

Inside The Deep End.

Everything inside Club Unruly plus:

  • Intimate group of peers with our own community spaces for deeper conversations
  • Opportunities to tap into the collective wisdom for support, feedback, and/or witnessing on all things living and leading from self-trust as you intentionally create your legacy
  • Ongoing access to shared thought leadership, lived experiences and strategic perspective—including mine—on moving from vision to action without self-betrayal.
  • Invitations to lead experiences inside Club Unruly and contribute your thought leadership to the collective wisdom

Who am I? I’m a modern day edge-walker & Unruly practitioner.

My role inside the collective.

I didn’t create The Unruly Collective to be my space to highlight my thought leadership.

I created it to be a space where women can think out loud, challenge each other, and share in the collective wisdom through thought leadership, tough lessons learned, and life experiences.

I’m not the guru or the guide. I created the container and I protect it’s integrity.

My role is not to lead the room but design and protect the culture and conditions that make it work.

I set the standards.
I hold the boundaries.
I walk my talk.

I name when self-negotiation shows up (even for myself) and where work is being avoided or over-intellectualized.

In Club Unruly that looks like guidance, curating experiences, perspective, and rhythm.

In The Deep End it looks like more intimate proximity, deeper conversations, and sharper reflections where I reflect back to yourself as you live, lead, build, and create without compromising who you are in the process.

This is not my space.

It’s ours.

Unruly women make history.

The commitment.

This isn’t a place you join and forget about.

It asks for your presence.
Your honesty.

A willingness to notice when you’re negotiating with yourself and to choose having your own back instead.

You set you own pace but you don’t stay invisible.

This looks different for everyone but listening, speaking, sharing, reflecting—it all counts.

What doesn't belong here:

Waiting to be told who to be.

Outsourcing your decisions.

Taking without contributing.

Wanting to be fixed.

This is a space for women willing to stand in their choices and take responsibility for how they move through the world.

From inside the rooms.

My creativity is flowing.

Frequently asked & honestly answered

No.

There is no fixing, managing, or optimizing you here other than helping you show up as your UNRULY Self.

This is a peer-led container for women practicing self-trust in real time.

Learning from each other.
Supporting each other.
Challenging each other.
Modeling for each other.

Depth and personal accountability & responsibility.

Club Unruly is open, spacious, and low pressure.

It’s a place to help orient to this way of being and stay connected to the work.

The Deep End is a more intimate container for women actively living this work.

Neither is better as they’re designed for different needs and seasons.

You be honest about where you’re at and what you want in your life right now.

Not where you think you should be but what you’re actually ready for right now.

You can move between the two as your capacity and commitment change.

Schedule a quick call if you have any hesitation on which to choose.

We’re very protective of the integrity of the space since we go super deep with each other.

This space requires a level of vulnerability, intentionality, and power.

This call means nothing about your worth and everything about fit and shared expectations.

Then you leave.

No guilt. No pressure. No drama. No persuasion.

This work is about self-trust and this includes knowing when something no longer serves you or was never right to begin with.

There is no minimum.

This isn’t a space to “keep up with.”

You engage at the pace right for you and being honest with yourself where you might be hiding or stuck in comparison.

Presence matters more than volume. Trust that.

Absolutely not.

Women inside the collective are founders, makers, leaders, coaches, healers, artists, authors, speakers, and big-picture thinkers.

What connects us isn’t our professions but our passion in how we choose to show up for ourselves and others.

Because access is a core value of We the Unruly.

Club Unruly is priced to reduce friction.

The Deep End is priced to reflect the depth level of work being done inside the container.

As the collective grows and evolves, pricing will evolve too.

Only as long as it’s right for you.

You stay because it’s aligned—not because you’re locked in.

There is no hierarchy and absolutely zero guru dynamics.

There’s no pressure to be impressive and if that’s your default, this isn’t the right space for you.

We’re not in selling or convincing energy.

You either want this way of being or you don’t.

No judgement.

The Unruly Collective is full of women willing to stand in their choices and be honest and generous about what it takes.

If that’s you, join us.
